The Indigenous Tourism Association of Canada (ITAC), in partnership with Legacy Bowes, is pleased to offer a reconciliation training program for non-Indigenous businesses and organizations in the tourism industry. The Certificate in Reconciliation for the Tourism Industry is a hybrid virtual and in-person program that provides a safe space for staff and board members to learn more about Indigenous perspectives and explore their role in furthering reconciliation.

Hybrid Training Delivery

The Certificate in Reconciliation for the Tourism Industry training program is delivered in a three phase, hybrid model that blends in person workshops with self-paced online learning. The program provides a welcoming and inclusive space for participants to learn about Indigenous histories, cultures, and perspectives.
